Outstanding kindness - boris (19th Aug 2022 - 15:26:20) Kindness is still very much alive in Liphook. Today in Sainsburys it was very much on show. An elderly lady at the checkout had forgotten her pin number and despite many attempts was getting no where. Suddenly the till operator from the next checkout reached across and paid for the purchases with her own credit card.. Julie, if Sainsburys have worker of the month, your kindness puts you on the top. You made today very special. Thank you.

A lot of people today, compared to a generation or two ago, don't realize the satisfaction that is realized in a good gesture, or time spent with others. I used to visit nursing homes locally, and it was great to hear residents talk of their tales of yester-year. Also their experiences in life (they were younger also once, and with bring up families). To leave knowing the person enjoyed company, and ourselves a good deed done. This is gratifying, and unique in one's own life's fulfilment.to others. Good luck.
