Hit and run- Haslemere Road - 08:15am -18/08/2022 - SG (18th Aug 2022 - 12:53:55) Dear Liphook Residents, My wife was involved in a collision this morning on the Haslemere Road at approximately 08:15 a.m. The other car involved veered onto the wrong side of the road forcing my wife onto the pavement to avoid a head-on collision and then they failed to stop. The vehicle involved was a silver Vauxhall Astra or similar, with multi-spoked wheels; (we have some CCTV footage which the police are checking, so this is to be confirmed). Images of the vehicle will be posted also on the Liphook Community Facebook page If anyone has information or knowledge of this driver, please contact the police quoting incident number INC20220818-0471 Lets try to get this dangerous person off of our roads! Thank you
