Fly Tipping on Ontario

Regular walkers on the MOD land called Ontario will have observed the pile of broken sheets of asbestos roofing panels that has been there so long that ivy has begun to grow over it. Clearly a case of nature trying to repair the folly of man.
This weekend saw the appearance of the constituent parts of a domestic gas central heating boiler scattered around the perimiter of the car park. Surely something should be done or are we to leave this to nature as well?
