Art/Craft time & space for adults - Victoria (15th Sep 2011 - 00:33:55) If you are an adult who enjoys crafts such as card making, scrapbooking, painting, sewing, knitting, cross stitch, embroidery, jewellery making etc, why not add to the fun by getting together with other local crafters of all abilities……… Do you have any unfinished art or craft projects put away in a cupboard that you want to complete, but haven’t quite got around to finding the time? Do you find that there is not enough space at home for your hobby and it's never convenient to use the kitchen or dining table? Would you rather not have to clear up all the inevitable bits and pieces from your living room carpet? Are you always promising yourself that this year you will make Christmas cards / presents / decorations / crackers etc, but it never seems to happen? Would you like to socialise with like-minded people and perhaps make new friends? Then we have the answer………. Girlguiding Liphook District would like to raise funds by offering you the opportunity to book some time and space in our spacious hall to start or finish off a project or two away from household distractions. Just bring along your project and the necessary equipment and resources. We’ll provide a warm welcome, a table for you to use and a continuous supply of tea and coffee.
