is it true housing development due on land that has been cleared at this junction heard on grapevine company called Cove constuctions is this true or rumour

Full planning permission for 128 houses at Silent Garden.
Full planning permission for football and cricket pitches and allotments (probably on the marshy area!)
Outline planning permission for doctors surgeries and pharmacy.
Refusal of planning for Gospel Hall and parking.

How did you get to know about all these information?
Is there someone somewhere who has the details?
I am concerned that all the building will cause traffic chaos along Station Road and affect the businesses along there.

All this is on the EHDC planning website - and there have been a lot of posts about all these developments on this website.

Have you seen the EHDC plans for the area opposite Station Road /Portsmouth Road?
If you have can you tell me how /when they will start?
I will try and contact EHDC too.

For all planning application information I type in ehdc planning and then click on Planning .... East Hampshire District Planning Pages which takes you straight into the planning pages. Scroll down to Search by Address and put in any part of an address or area and it will bring up all the applications. You will have to scroll down a few but look on the dark line above each application as it has the planning application reference. Click on that and you can get to all the documents (including maps and statements).
Is anyone interested in becoming more proactive about all the planning and development in Liphook. Or do we think there's nothing we can do to influence planning decisions?
