Moving House - Dee & Tony Griffiths (11th Sep 2011 - 12:22:55) We last moved house 28 years ago and 'O boy' is it different this time. - bring back the good old days!! The first buyer disappeared to France a few weeks prior to contract exchange; the 2nd buyer had his mortgage pulled the afternoon of exchanging contracts. It is said that selling your house is up there with death and divource for stress levels. Tony is of the opinion that death is the preferred option whilst Dee favours divorce. We now think we've got it cracked and are moving soon - so we are holding a Garage Sale on Sat 17th Sept 8.30 to 3pm at Little Orchard, Headley Rd (over the A3M and 150 yards on the right) - new and vintage ladies clothes, garden tools, furniture bric-a-brac etc See you there Dee & Tony

Sale and move went very well thanks to both estate agents, I think it helped that it was the some company we used to sell and buy although it was it very different parts of the country and we only had 3 in our chain.
