Child’s soiled shorts in park

To the parent of the child who felt it appropriate to leave their soiled shorts on the path in Radford Park-it’s utterly disgusting. And totally unnecessary given the amount of bins around. I have disposed of them but it was deeply unpleasant. Thanks for ruining my evening walk.
