Dog running loose in Bramshott Churchyard

If anyone knows the young couple who were walking their large white dog with a pink bow on her collar through the Hangers and then Bramshott church yard Sunday evening at around 8.30 p.m., please would you let them know that:
(a) it isn’t respectful to let your dog run loose around the graveyard; and
(b) their dog left a steaming pile in the graveyard whilst they were walking behind the hedge calling for her to come back.
It really isn’t acceptable.

We were the other side of the churchyard - even I can’t shout that far.
