Customer Service - Sky

Tidying up a few problems with my Sky+ box in anticipation of the Rugby World Cup, I have to say, Sky Customer Service is brilliant. Yes, I know we pay for it, but it such a pleasure to get through to a human, have a problem fixed quickly, easily and professionally. Had 2 problems sorted in the last 2 days. If only other service providers could take a leaf out of their book.
So job done. Just thought I'd check the TV listings and start planning my Sky+ viewing schedule to see that the Rugby World Cup is being covered by ITV and ITV4 !! Ha !! Next time I'll do things the other way around :-)
