BT TV Reception of BBC Channels

Just wondering if there is a general problem in Liphook with the reception of BBC Channels when using a BT Viewing box.
All other channels are OK
I've tried retuning without success. I suspect the problem is caused by the current weather conditions.
Your thoughts?

Yes, I have the same problem, they informed me it was atmospheric related, (or however u spell it🤣)

Hi,
This is a yearly occurrence in this area with this type of equipment.
The beat solution is to fix up Freesat box this will enable line-of-sight dish to satellite.
This does not using local transmitter to receive transmission.
It will then give you best reception for the channels mentioned, and ITV.
