new restaurant?

Can anyone enlighten me please? There is an advert in the free messenger this week and I quote--Stirlings Restaurant. Liphook, require waiting staff and kitchen hand. Thursday,Friday,Sunday shifts available.Call Paul Stirling 07753603682. Where would this be?

I'm not too sure if it is open to the public or just the inmates.
As you need the code to get through the gate in the evening up there.
