Pregnacare prenatal supplement - maxine (11th Aug 2011 - 13:17:43) Hi all If there are any ladies out there that are trying to conceive/already pregnant or breastfeeding and would like some free supplements i have some going spare. I have 51 days worth of Vitabiotics Pregnacare Original It is the No1 prenatal supplement containing 19 vitamins and minerals and the recommended dose of 400mcg folic acid (needed in early pregnancy) All still in their packaging. I purchased them last month from lloyds pharmacy, liphook but with my awful morning sickness i have had to switch to a liquid supplement. They are not cheap so don't want them to go to waste!

Unfortunately with my last 2 children i missed all of the baby classes-like water babies and baby signing. I did give baby massage a go which was fantastic. I have to admit that having seen someone else swimming their baby under water in the pool i did give it a go with my baby. Not sure if she liked it or not lol but it was good fun. My baby is not due until march 2012 but if there are any classes around that time-either weekend or evening i will definitely give them a go. It is great for babies to experience water play early on x

Give Water Babies a ring 01730 980 003 and get your name on the waiting list, and you will get a call inviting you to join the Beginners class in May. Water Babies understand how hectic life can be with a new recruit so they will save you the hassle of remembering to book the lessons as they will contact you. Could be the best thing you ever do. xxx
