Lost Cat

We have a female black fluffy cat who I think is pregnant. She appeared this pm in our garden by The Deers Hut and has been miaowing loudly since. She seems very reluctant to leave. She is wearing a well worn fluorescent yellow collar with a bell.
I have spoken to the vet who advised to leave her to see if she goes home but if she is still around in a day or two to try and take her in. Please if anyone knows who she might belong to or where she comes from please contact me. Poor thing.
