Loud banging noise across centre of Liphook around 9pm onwards.

Hi,
Did not sound like Longmoor ranges firing.
Very loud, and not fireworks. Some people shouting and
screaming locally.
Hope everyone is o.k.?

I heard this from my house and assumed it was fireworks….was it definitely not? Bit concerning…

It was fireworks, could see them clearly from houses near Sainsburys! I have to say they were very loud but they were a lovely sight to see!
Maybe it was for someone’s wedding or a celebration :)

Hi,
Is it no longer common decency and manners to neighbours, and the village, firing pyrotechnics at night to inform everyone nearby?
The old and frail can be startled causing panic attacks, pets including dogs can be petrified etc.
I am no party-pooper, but we mostly live closely together in this area, so show some respect to others and not "just me enjoying ourselves".
