Hermes - H (7th Sep 2021 - 22:11:21) I am just wondering if anyone knows what is going to happen with Hermes now? I am aware the usual people who deliver (who have all been excellent) have quit…but I am concerned as I have a few parcels at the local depot that have been there for days that I should have had by now. What will happen now? Hermes are useless to try get hold of but some companies only deliver by Hermes! Will we just never get our parcels?!

Re: Hermes - Daniel (8th Sep 2021 - 17:48:09) I was wondering the same thing, I’m currently waiting on two parcels, birthday presents of which one of them I paid extra to arrive on a specific day. I’m starting to think they won’t arrive at all.

Re: Hermes - Miranda Rowe (8th Sep 2021 - 18:37:05) Well I must have been really lucky... I got a notification this morning that my Hermes parcel had arrived with the local Hermes courier for delivery and by 11am I had received it.

Re: Hermes - Suzie (8th Sep 2021 - 21:29:24) My Next parcel should have been delivered on Monday by Hermes. Apparently it is stuck at the depot. Next have reordered my items and have assured me that there are always plenty of couriers used as backup to deliver their parcels. It should come tomorrow. We'll see.
