Looking at Talkback, I realise that my other post doesn't make much sense at first glance. The title is misleading. So, try again.
Can anyone suggest a contact to turn up a couple of pairs of trousers?

I have used the place in Haslemere on the High Pavement next to the clock shop. Can't remember the name sorry. I also use the dry cleaner in Liphook village for repairs as well.

Thank you for that - I was really wondering if there was somebody local who was handy with a needle. It doesn't have to be ultra-professional - I have a touch of arthritis in my thumbs which makes sewing difficult.
