Euro 2020(1) Final - Ben (8th Jul 2021 - 17:38:23) Hey all, So where's the best place to watch the final in the village? Could be nice to get together with a few others and celebrate winning a tournament ;)

Re: Euro 2020(1) Final - Sam (8th Jul 2021 - 22:28:09) I think the anchor is probably best for viewing with a crowd, let’s hope no ones brings a laser pen and ruins it for everyone else or even worse, boos the Italian anthem,,, what is it with some fans in England determined to take the shine of something good? Show some respect please. After the Germany game there was some England fan yobbo in the middle of headley road stopping traffic and offering people out of their cars for a fight… why couldn’t he just celebrate and enjoy it rather than fly into gorilla rage seeking to kick off after his team won a sports game :(

Re: Euro 2020(1) Final - Ben (9th Jul 2021 - 15:08:52) Thanks Sam, yeah some people will ruin it for everybody... I think the Football club has missed a trick here. Hire a big screen and a projector and have people bring their camp chairs/picnic blankets!

Re: Euro 2020(1) Final - Sue (10th Jul 2021 - 13:21:52) There IS alcohol allowed at The Shed football screening!! I believe no glass bottles allowed though. Bring your own cans or buy from the bar they have there!

Re: Euro 2020(1) Final - Keith (10th Jul 2021 - 14:12:52) There is beer and other alcohol at the Shed, however, you can't bring your own, you have to buy it on-site and only cans or plastic glasses/bottles are allowed in the viewing area.
