Dogs and deer

Please keep your dogs close to you in the next few weeks to try and minimise disturbance to deer and new babies. I was so lucky to witness the arrival of a beautiful speckled fawn this morning - far too close to a popular walking route. I hope they'll stay safe.

Totally agree. Please don’t let your dog run amok among the bracken. It may seem fun to you and your dog, it’s definitely not fun for the wildlife being chased.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful sight to behold :-)
I do hope people walking dogs remain vigilant.
I am rather worried about the two Huskies that are mostly off lead!
