FREE Taster Session - Wednesday Workout

Outdoor bodyweight fitness session of HIIT and circuit training to get the body moving, be active, burn calories and feel good.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
This and every Wednesday at 0915-1000 in Liphook Recreation Ground, London Road. Your first class is free!
Free parking. Bring water and a mat if you wish. No equipment used or necessary. Social distancing adhered to and numbers are limited.
