FREE Taster Circuit Training Session in Liphook

To celebrate being able to train together outdoors, I will be hosting a FREE taster circuit training session on Wednesday 31st March from 0915-1000, at Liphook Recreation Ground in London Road.
Spaces are limited so please contact me if you'd like more information or to book a space.
Socially-distanced, non-contact and no equipment used in the session.
