Re: Live music at the Green Dragon - Adam Beckley (25th Mar 2021 - 11:32:01) I agree. Which is why the gig is outside, and we are putting in place all the measures we can to ensure everyone's safety. Tables are limited to six max and when they are full no-one else is allowed in.

If you don't want to mix with others which is normal stay at home and let the rest of us get on with our lives. This virus was not very dangerous to begin with and now with 99% of the at risk people vaccinated it's time to get on with life.

Re: Live music at the Green Dragon - AF (26th Mar 2021 - 20:18:08) About how dangerous the virus is - Less than 0.5% of people who contract the virus die and most that do don't even have symptoms. Even among the over 80's the death rate is below 15%. Also although between 100-150K have died over the last year in that same period in a normal year 600-650K die of other causes. So every time someone dies of Covid another 5-6 die of something else.

We have received quite a few bookings already so we may not be able to accommodate you in the marquee. Obviously we do not want to disappoint anyone who has booked. Please be aware that the weather may impact the event.

Re: Live music at the Green Dragon - Adam Beckley (29th Mar 2021 - 20:05:39) As far as I'm aware yes. 17th May people will be allowed to use the pub. Subject to govt restrictions. As of 21st June restrictions should be lifted and hopefully people will be able to use the pub as normal.
