Guided Run - Daniel (2nd Mar 2021 - 15:53:44) Sheruns-heruns A guided running day coming to you. Have you recently taken up running, are you a runner who is afraid of adventuring out on the trails with the fear of getting lost or just want to run somewhere different with new people? Fear no more, on Good Friday 2nd April 9am I’ll be leading a guided 6/7 mile (12k) group run taking in some of the trails around Chapel Common and Weavers Down in Liphook. Under guidelines provided by England Athletics and after March the 29th, I am able to take out groups of more than 6, as long as covid safe practices are put in place. I am a uka qualified coach with the relevant licence and insurance. I’m Head Coach at a local running club, also covering after school run clubs, I also offer 121 run coaching involving speed work, endurance training, technique and writing training plans. Having run 8 successful C25k courses over the last 4 years, this will be the first guided run. If you can run 10/11 minute miles or under and run for around an hour, this could be for you. No one will be left behind, it’s not a race, it’s for everyone to enjoy. I offer a 100% refund if I have to cancel due to lockdown restrictions changing or you have to cancel due to covid19 and having to self isolate. Re: Guided Run - Daniel (11th Mar 2021 - 20:38:32) Still places available if anyone would like to come along. We will be running on trails and single track pathways. This is a perfect opportunity to run in a group and meet new people after a horrid year of restrictions.
