Fly tipping

A large quantity of heavy concrete posts, fence panels and branches was dumped in the middle of Liphook Rd in Passfield last night. The pile was around three feet high and could have caused a serious accident as it was dark (around 9-15 when it was dumped). Two people who witnessed it happening said it was done from a silver or grey Toyota Hilux. It has been reported to the police, but if anyone locally has any idea of where these materials might have come from (ie someone who has had a fence taken down by cowboys) please could they pass this information to the police

It really is disgusting!! After watching a programme last night about fly tipping, I have just downloaded an app called ClearWaste. It’s an app which makes it easy to report fly tipping to the appropriate local authority anywhere in the UK.
