Thank you LiDBA - jenny (11th Feb 2021 - 10:22:35) A big thank you to members of LiDBA (Liphook and District Businessmen's Association) and their wives who have, for the past five weeks and continuing, volunteered with the vaccination Program at the Petersfield Festival Hall. LiDBA was founded 46 years ago and has raised huge sums of money for local charities including running the annual Bike Ride until a few years ago. LiDBA offered to help Petersfield Lions when they realised there was no vaccination centre here in Liphook. There are approximately 75 volunteers altogether at the Festival Hall and at any one time, there are seven volunteers and the Hall is averaging 1,000 vaccinations a day.

Re: Thank you LiDBA - C (12th Feb 2021 - 17:36:23) My husband, nearly 70, got a letter from NHS England and booked for a pharmacy in Guildford. Then a couple of days later had a text from the surgery and was able to book sooner for the Petersfield Festival Hall so cancelled the other appointment. Was vaccinated yesterday, all very well organised with no wait.
