Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all keeping safe and well. With the need for staying fit, healthy and sane becoming more and more noticeable during the pandemic; I’m opening up my fitness classes to anyone and everyone who wants to get involved. During lockdown, I’m running 15 different fitness classes each week on Zoom. Including:
Yoga
HIIT
Circuits
Zumba
LBT
Ab Attack
Pilates
Bootcamp
