7days 7k walk challenge - Sportscool Guildford (18th Jan 2021 - 15:31:12) Hi everyone If you are looking for something to do why not join us on Facebook for our 7 day 7 k walking challenge. We are allowed to exercise for an hour a day. You can easily complete 1 k a day for the next 7 days in an hour a day. Get your camera's out and post some photographs showing us your interesting walk.
