V.G.C. can be used on the road at 8mph or pavement at 4mph will travel a distance of 38 miles on one charge, It has both forward and reverse, Lights and indicators, rear view mirror, the seat swivels to make it easier to get on & off of it, and a removable shopping basket, A bag on the back of the seat.
New last April cost £3,495, It has had very little use, there is registration documents and a Road Fund Licence valid until the end of April 2012.
