Tai Chi and Yoga online classes

Keep yourself mobile and healthy with regular weekday evening online Yoga and Tai Chi classes, via Zoom.
Tai Chi - Monday, Thursday at 7pm and Wednesday at 6pm
Yoga - Tuesday,Wednesday at 7pm and Thursday at 8pm
The classes are friendly, non competitive and will focus on exercises to help yourself calm down, stretch, tone, move, mobilise, relax, breathe and strengthen your body.
Classes are £6 each for 1 hour, pay as you go.
