The Liphook Herald
- Nick (15th Jul 2011 - 13:20:57)
Having just read the front page of this paper i wonder if the council have concerns about this reporting . example : Annual meeting in May should read Annual General meeting ?The Headline doesnt correspond to the article as far as i can see, reading this newsworthy?? article i lost the plot.I read the minutes (on line) of the points indicated and to be honest could not link it together
Factual reporing seems to have disappeared as we are all well aware .If i want to read nonfiction i would read a book

I have noticed that the Herald does not seem to know how to relate headings to stories or report factually on a number of occasions.

Yet again there is a fairy story in the Herald, the Parish council items seem to be reported on in a very biased way, the public should attend meetings instead and not buy the paper., then perhaps they would report more fairly.
