Touching up rust on a car.
- Mary W (15th Jul 2011 - 08:56:04)
Can anyone put me in touch with someone who want a spare time job touching up a bit of rust that is appearing on one or two small places on my very nicely kept 12 year old car? I panicked the other day when I noticed a few tiny bits appearing near a couple of seams and one of the edges of a wheel arch.
It doesn't have to be a perfect job, I can't afford that. Mainly properly rubbed down and undercoated and touched in. I'm really looking for the sort of thing my dear old dad would have done for me, were he still alive.

You can buy a product from most petrol stations called "Back to Black bumper shine." It works very well on controlling rust. I use it on my 26 year old Mini
