Lockdown - What Lockdown - AF (23rd Nov 2020 - 18:02:03) We are meant to be under lockdown at the moment but as far as i can tell the only things closed are pubs and betting shops. I went in to Haslemere on Saturday and went into both the Hardware shop and WH Smith, now I needed things in both shops but they could hardly be called essentials. When we a had the last lockdown only Supermarkets were open. Now i'm not complaining as the lockdown in this area is pointless, but rules are rules.

Re: Lockdown - What Lockdown - Joe (23rd Nov 2020 - 19:15:19) I agree AF even the chocolate frog tea room is advertising as being open for afternoon tea bookings. ( owned by RIchard Millard, leader of EHDC.) Not a good example to set.
