Can anyone tell me anything about North Lodge farm? My nana was brought up here in the 30s/40s and worked at Downlands for the Poland family. She told me she worked on the Polandās boat when they were on holiday. I remember visiting North Lodge Farm around 1996/97 and it was empty then. Huge range cooker in kitchen and still had an outside toilet too. I was only young and thatās what sticks in my mind. Any info would be appreciated š

One of the Polands still lives in Chiddingfold! Daphne - though she is quite frail now. I remember going to a mini game fair at Downlands about 35 years ago. It's a beautiful place. I was farm secretary there for a while. Which is North Lodge Farm? Is it called Woolmer Farm now?

Itās on Woolmer Lane but definitely called North Lodge Farm. I didnāt know if any of the Polandās were still alive. My nana was their maid I believe. I would love to see inside Downlands even purely for the fact my nana had been there previously. She sadly passed 3 years ago at 92 years old.

North Lodge Farm is north east of Ludshott Manor,on the edge of Ludshott common.
I went to Bramshott School and we had cross country runs which went past it and it was still a farm in those days, it's still there and is a private house and I think its dropped the title farm.
