yoga in Conford

Hi all - sorry about the interruption last week because they were painting Conford Hall. Yoga is back on for 10.45am and 7.00pm tomorrow - Tuesday. Hope to see you there! Everyone is welcome. Please bring a mat if you have one. I have two new mats if anyone needs one - just £10 each. Or if you just want to try it, I have an extra mat so you can see how it goes.
