Boat bimini cover sewing repair

Hello! Im wondering if there is anyone local that could do some repairs to my canvas splash cover? its from a pretty small boat the cover is about 3ft x7 ft some older stitches have become perished and new pvc windows need sewing in.
i dont mind if its a company or an individual working from home with some time.
