Rail Replacement Bus

The incompetence of SWR knows no bounds.
I joined a rail replacement Bus at Guildford, and the driver was not local, did not know the area at all, and did not know any of the roads and obviously did not know the route he was due to take.
The journey from guildford to Liphook took 2 HOURS.
The train company have a legal obligation to provide a bus service when the line is closed so they should get a driver who knows the route or provide him with a guide to direct him.
