Dog Training Space Required

Just wondering if anyone has or knows of any farm lands, barns possible horse venues available for rent for my Dog Training Classes. With the winter fast approaching and the darkness drawing in would really like a venue where I am not going to have to cancel classes due to weather or too dark to train. Village halls are far too expensive for the classes I currently have on. Obviously regulations for Covid 19 will be adhered too.
