Music festival ?

During the 1980s did Liphook have a music festival ? If so did that music festival have on site fairground or circus ? If so can you name the company that owned it please.

There was the "Torpedo" festival on MOD land near Bramshott.
Sadly an attendee (Dinah McNicol) was murdered on her way home from here by the serial killer Peter Tobin.
I don't think another one was ever run here after that event.
