Just interested, is there a Foley Manor House or is it just the name of the area?

Yes, there is the Manor building, and associated farm, cottages and outbuildings.
I think that the Manor has been subdivided into several flats.
For more information try British Listed Buildings on the internet.

Further to my earlier post Foley Manor is not a listed building.
However, Pevsner, The Buildings of England, Hampshire Winchester and the North, gives the following information in the 2010 edition:
Under "Liphook.
FOLEY MANOR, 1m. SW. A small mid-C19 vaguely Italianate country house, with an orangery, and remains of Italianate gardens. Two-storey STABLE BLOCK and LODGE, 1/2 m.ESE. both c. 1870"
The Heritage Centre in the MIllennium Hall probably has more information, but they are currently under the general 'lockdown'.

The Heritage Centre does have an archive file regarding the Foley Manor and Estate.
We are currently not open because of the Covid-19 restrictions.
Once we reopen, at a date to be advised, we would love to see you.
