My daughter is looking for a work experience
Placement in November and I wondered if any
One new of any working farms in the local area

Mayfair Farm in Churt take work experience, they have horses and cows

Yes I would call up and ask to speak to Val, she is very efficient and helpful and I am sure will be able to book your daughter in for works exp.

It's not very local, but Commonwork organic dairy farm in Kent (http://www.commonwork.org/farm.htm) does work experience occasionally and they can provide accomodation if needed.
It's a great farm and you can really get stuck in as you're expected to get up at 4am every day for milking and mucking out etc. so lots of fun.
