Local farm/work experience - Eb (12th Jun 2011 - 19:58:52) My daughter is looking for a work experience Placement in November and I wondered if any One new of any working farms in the local area

Re: Local farm/work experience - Sarah (18th Jun 2011 - 23:18:03) It's not very local, but Commonwork organic dairy farm in Kent (http://www.commonwork.org/farm.htm) does work experience occasionally and they can provide accomodation if needed. It's a great farm and you can really get stuck in as you're expected to get up at 4am every day for milking and mucking out etc. so lots of fun. Sarah
