AXA PPP.

Has anyone had trouble getting PPP to pay for an operation? They are the only medical insurance company refusing to pay for any implants of any kind.
Have complained to the ombudsman, and would pass on any other complaint to the adjudicator.

I do not have a need for implants at the moment, Fosters lager does the job for me, but would they grant me a no claims bonus? No. Perhaps the adjudicator could decide whether to pass this to the ombudsman for me or not, or the other way around.
