Do you recognise these dogs?
- Debbie (29th Oct 2019  21:04:19)

The RSPCA are looking to find the owners of the two dogs in this video because they were filmed being slapped by a man who appears to have got out of a passing vehicle. I think they want to narrow down the area that it happened and I'm sure I've seen a truck like this in Liphook with the same two breed of dogs in.

Yes it's local. Recognise the vehicle and dogs, see them regularly on the morning school run in longmooor road

The dogs owner has been found. Apparently this video was taken whilst she parked the car on the school run and these horrible, vile humans decided it would be funny to abuse the dogs whilst she was away from the car.

The RSPCA are keen to find out who the men are who did this to the dogs :(

I've seen and met this guy on my "driveway" offering his services. He drives a white pickup and has a strong accent.
Sadly I cannot remember the companies name, will keep a look out. He's definitely a local.

Local dogs from Griggs Green area and i think the sadistic scumbag who is abusing the dog lives locally.

That being said the owner should not leave dogs in car with window open, they can be temperamental and on occasion where they have been pavement side have been quite intimidating and once almost bit me on the face.

That being said this scumbag needs prosecuting

I recognise the man who slapped the dog. He is a traveler and used to drink in the anchor.. think they live on the caravan site down longmoor

Irish man from Liphook, drives around in a white pickup with tarmac signs.
Might live in the caravans on Hill Top Stables? I think there are travellers there.

I see two amazing beautiful dogs.
I see one vile human being who is accompanied by his vile friend.

What a absolute **** this guy is for doing that. Sounds like there are people on here who know him, hopefully he will be reported to the police and prosecuted.

I read years ago that in the US the FBI draw links between people who harm animals and their willingness to harm people. So on a number of levels, this 'idiot' (I'm being incredibly restrained) needs to be caught and charged.

@Rölli

Cricky they must have very long necks!

I thought they were Dogue de Bordeaux but maybe they are giraffe dogs.......

I really hope this animal abuser is prosecuted by the RSPCA and banned from owning or working with animals FOR LIFE

@ Dawn, unfortunately like Rolley I also had a scary experience with one of these dogs outside the school. Where the car owner parks the pavement is quite narrow and during the school run quite congested and on one occasion my children and I were squeezing past a buggy close to this vehicle and the dogs head was hanging out the window and I literally felt the slobber spray my face as the dog aggressively barked at us, quite intimidating. I know a number of other parents and children had similar experiences.

That being said this man who hit the dog is an appalling individual and I hope he is taken to task

I am pretty sure he is called John unless he is using a false name. He is a very unpleasant individual and I am not surprised to see this video unfortunately. I hope the police and /or the RSPCA can punish him.
