When will the tunnel open?

Simple answer needed to a simple question - when will the tunnel open? This project has been going on for years without a definitive completion date. As a PM of many years experience, this is simply not acceptable and I am astonished that a date is yet to be published.

Thats builders for you! they NEVER give a definate completion date! I would imagine it will be after the summer now.

I can't wait no more queues to get to Guildford. That is way ahead of schedule.

Well having lived in Liphook for 36 years and been waiting for this day I am sorry to say I will not see it due to our move.
Liz Guildford will be quicker but the bottle neck will just move to Guildford rather than Hindhead.

I get stuck in Guildford anyway it'll just mean I don't have to get up really early to get stuck at hindhead as well as guildford :) Coming back will be brilliant though.
