It has been brought to my attention that Don Jerrard will be a Parish Councillor for Greatham, as there are 7 candidates and 7 places, so all will be elected.
This means we need to ask if Mr Jerrard intends to be on 2 Parish Councils or if he is withdrawing today from the Bramshott & Liphook election.

It's probably best if I answer this one myself!
I have made it quite clear that I am a retired solicitor and have plenty of time to sort out the problems of two Parish Councils. But I have also made it clear that my priority is Bramshott & Liphook, where I believe I have something to contribute to a village where I have spent so much of my time during the last twenty three years. It is well known that I was a member of Old Thorns for all that time until my son and I were thrown out because I dared to object to the application for 51 holiday apartments.
Also to make it clear I am one of only two candidates for the District Council Ward of Hangers and Forest. If I win that election I will not take my place on Greatham Parish Council and leave the rest of the Parish Council to co-opt a replacement. I do not think anyone should be on a Parish Council where that person is also a Districxt Councillor.
So if you are a Liphook voter please vote for me, and also for Dawn Hoskins, Eve Hope, Barbara Easton, Eddie Trotter, Rob Evans, Jacqui Poolew and Michael Croucher. We all want to do our best for Liphook and sort out these dreadful problems on the Council so it can do the job you need it to do.
