Gospel Hall planning application, Bohunt Manor - Philip Jordan (7th Apr 2011 - 11:59:46) The application hearing of the Exclusive Brethren's gospel hall planning application has been deferred from Monday 11th April to Monday 9th of May. The hearing will be at SDNP Midhurst offices. This delay follows on from a three month delay by EHDC prior to the formal establisment of SDNP on 1st April The SDNP Planning Committee procedures unlike those of EHDC Planning Committee procedures do not give the local Parish Council concerned the automatic right to represent their opinion (for Bramshott & Liphook this is to object). However three people my speak for and three people may speak against plannnig applications. Action is in hand to try and ensure that three effective objectors do represent the views of our community as expressed by the Parish Council and the petition of objection signed by over four hunderd people. Re: Gospel Hall planning application, Bohunt Manor - Phelim (9th Apr 2011 - 13:29:51) Unlike all the NIMBYs I am not anti the building of a Gospel Hall for the Exclusive Brethren but am concerned about the size. I am very concerned about the attitudes shown on previous threads which were generally made without having visited the open events at the Millenium Hall or read the information provided.
