Your kids @ Skatepark on Sunday evening?
- Tina (21st Apr 2019 - 20:09:02)

If your kids where at the skate park today from 7pm they where doing the following;

- Drinking bottles of Stella, then smashing them within the skate park.
- Pissing up against private property.
- Smoking roll ups, potentially more.
- Trespassing and vandalizing the grass tennis courts.

100% sure they will have some believable story for you when they get home.

Happy Easter !

I seen them, started out innocent enough then escalated as the chemicals kicked in, and btw the potentially more was definitely more, they were 100% smoking skunk nearer 9pm, not one of them looked older than 16, even have pictures of them taking it from a bag and adding it to the rollies close up.

It about time we start publishing photos of "my little x & butter wouldn't melt" they fail to understand they are doing this just over the fence of about 15 houses, clearly they are the thicker group in school as anyone with a brain and up to that would take it well away from the skate park which viewed over by a dozen family sofa's

I called the police but hung up after 17 mins of waiting

Maybe, if you are the parent of one of the regulars at the skatepark you should pop down and see what they are up to? You might be surprised. Or are you sick of the sight of them too?
I am tired of clearing up their unsightly and dangerous trash. Their behaviour is puerile, antisocial and illegal.
Time to name and shame ?

There is also a large group of teenagers that hang around Sainsbury's . They leave all their litter and do a fair bit of shouting and swearing. Can be very intimidating if questioned. They are all well spoken and have the latest phones. They are only between 12 and 16.
There are an older group that hang around in the evenings smoking weed and deal in the carpark. So it's only going to be a matter of time before the younger group are going to be doing the same thing if the parents don't act now. I don't think many parents have a clue what their little angels actually get up too.

Yeah also bored of it, come and skate and enjoy yourself, but drink smoke, drugs, loud music no.
About time I take pictures, so easy at that location and setup a fake Facebook account to publish them, public place etc. I think the best tactic is to build up a decent catalogue of it, ie rather than catch them once, catch them all summer and profile every individual so they are bang to right when each of them have a dozen photos over the summer holding a baggie, smoking, drinking etc. It hardly difficult to identify them as they shout each other’s names out, quick Facebook etc search for first name and location Liphook and you can match up the family name, might as well add mum and dad as friends and send them the photos direct :)

I know one resident has it all but they are reluctant to use it this way but it’s about time they wise up, only an idiot does it in plane view like that , pissing on people’s fences it just out of order

Re: Your kids @ Skatepark on Sunday evening?
- Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council (24th Apr 2019 - 12:39:43)

The Parish Council have been in contact with the Police who have advised the following –

The incident over the weekend at Liphook Skate Park was not reported to Police. Please could I suggest that all incidents are reported to Police either via 101 (non-emergency number) or report incidents to Police online via hampshire.police.uk/ro/report/ocr/af/how-to-report-a-crime

By reporting the incidents, our Contact Management Centre can ask relevant questions to obtain an understanding of the incident. With this information, they are then able to grade whether the incident needs deployment. Following this they are then able to assess what available units are nearest the location, this could be making use of resources from our Response and Patrol (R&P) team or from the Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT). If there are no available units at the time, then our Contact Management Centre can allocate a task to the local NPT for their action / awareness.

It is really important that incidents are reported to Police so they can be recorded on our Record Management System (RMS). This helps us in NPT set our Local Neighbourhood Priorities, which are particular areas of concern where we then target our patrols. We use local knowledge and statistics from our RMS to help identify areas of particular concern.

I note from the extract of the text from the website that residents have images of those involved. Please could I ask that those with images, please email them to east.hants.police@hampshire.pnn.police.uk for attention of PCSO 15938 Ellis Parish.

Thank you.
