Tai Chi classes

Learn how to be healthy and move smoothly with new Tai Chi class on Wednesdays 11am in Liphook. Tai chi aids mobility, flexibility and promotes healthy movement in all ages.
Other classes are held on Tuesdays at 11.30am and Thursdays at 7pm, also in Liphook.
Classes are taken by Glen and are £8 each, pay as you go. All are held at the Methodist Church, London Road, Liphook.
