Yoga - Susie (25th Mar 2011 - 21:45:29) I'm looking for a local evening yoga class, not on a Wednesday. Does anyone know of one?

Re: Yoga - Melinda Cooper (13th Jun 2011 - 18:40:35) I've just started a yoga class on Tuesday morning at 10.45 at Conford Hall - but I can see that an evening class is what is needed! So for all who would like an evening class, what times could you do? How about a Tuesday evening at 6.30pm? I'll see if I can book a hall and get back to you. Melinda

Re: Yoga - Fi (13th Jun 2011 - 21:34:06) Hi Melinda Conford would be brilliant for me, but 6.30 would be too early - there are a few early evening ones around so I'm looking for a slightly later time (couldn't guarantee husband home earlier). If it's in Conford then 7pm might work very well for me though, if you could consider that and if it would suit others. And an hour or hour and a half would be great. I know of a couple of other people who might be interested too if you can do it. Fi

Re: Yoga - Melinda Cooper (16th Jun 2011 - 14:49:20) Hi all - Conford Hall is available on Tuesday nights at 7pm. I've booked it and will have a yoga class there starting this Tuesday, 21 June. They are painting the hall the following week, 28 June, but it's again free every Tuesday after that. It tends to be a bit chilly (but one of the heaters is soon to be fixed) so please wear something warm and/or bring a small blanket for the relaxation. Re: Yoga - Anneke Gibbs (21st Jun 2011 - 13:14:56) Just to let you know, there areYoga classes running at Bohunt School: Tuesday evening at 6.30 - Wednesday at 6.30 plus Wednesday at 7.45. These classes run during the schoold academic year for 10 weeks each term.
