Another idiot

Last week I saw an a.s.a.p. van being driven south on the Midhurst Road. The driver was holding the steering wheel and a mobile device in her left hand and tapping the keys of the device with the fingers of her other hand. I bought this to the attention of the company however they have not had the courtesy to reply to my e.mail.
Drivers and pedestrians be aware,when you see an a.s.a.p. van the driver maybe using a mobile device whilst driving.
Note:the mention of the drivers sex no way infers that lady drivers are more guilty than men of using mobiles whilst driving.
