Inconsiderate commuters - Jimmy (6th Feb 2019 - 17:37:04) I drive from bramshott to rake every day between 6-30am & 7-00am and have done for the last 26 years and once again this morning a car came Off the bypass and got right up behind me all the way through the village.as I got to the temporary traffic lights they turned red so they overtook me and went straight through on red and turned up towards the station. After watching the oneshow last night I have placed an order for a dash cam let's hope this will sort them out .(I get overtaken in the 20 & 30 limit at lest once a month)

Re: Inconsiderate commuters - Mary W (7th Feb 2019 - 18:50:49) I don't think you should let them upset you. Let them get on with it. If they tailgate me in a 20/30 zone I just go slower. You shouldn't be going at the maximum speed limit unless you can see the road is clear and there aren't any obvious hazards, like pedestrians, etc. And it's the maximum that's allowed, not the minimum. The last thing you want is to be pushed into another vehicle, so increase your distance to ensure that, if they hit you, at least it's from behind and they are liable.
