New Tai Chi and gentle-yoga classes

There are 2 new weekly classes being held at the Liphook Methodist church, London Road.
They are:
Tai Chi – Wednesday 11.00 am -12.00 pm. Starting date 6th Feb
Gentle Yoga – Thursdays 11.00 am – 12.00 pm. Starting date 7th Feb
Both are suitable for all ages and will consist of gentle exercises and movements to promote balance, movement, flexibility and strength.
